The context

A workflow worth connecting.

Field sales combine attendance, visits, tasks, and transactions. Bringing those activities into a shared system requires careful access boundaries and records that remain consistent when requests are retried.

What the project covers

  • Location-based attendance and customer visit check-in/check-out
  • Tasks, targets, performance dashboards, and customer administration
  • Encrypted local queues for supported attendance and visit operations
  • Linked transaction corrections, audit records, and background CSV exports

The connected workflow

  1. 01Capture attendance or visit
  2. 02Store an encrypted request
  3. 03Retry in dependency order
  4. 04Review in Filament

Inside the implementation

Engineering decisions.

01

Retry without duplicate records

Queued requests retain their identity and payload. Idempotency and ordered dependencies prevent duplicate activities and keep check-out behind a successful check-in.

02

Respect organizational boundaries

Permissions combine with team and area scopes. Mobile users access their own activities, while supervisors and administrators receive access appropriate to their responsibilities.

03

Preserve transaction history

Final transactions remain in history. Corrections cancel the original and create a linked replacement within one database transaction; decimal calculations preserve financial precision.

Scope & validation

Offline support is limited to attendance and visit check-in/check-out. Synchronization requires connectivity and an active app. Production face verification requires a vendor gateway; physical camera/GPS validation and signing/distribution still need preparation.

Platform targets or native project configuration documented in the source; store availability is not asserted.
